How I massage my face to slow down aging and relieve stress. I do this once a week or so. After rinsing the oil off, I follow with regular skincare steps. @alexplot -Is it all types of Olive oil? Because my grandmother swears by Extra Virgin Olive Oil, she has used it since she was a young girl and now she is 75 and has the look of a woman in her early 50s tops.

Use sunflower oil instead. Olive oil destroys your skin barrier. Sunflower oil repairs. That’s the reason why new generation skincare uses more sunflower oil.

you shouldnt bring your skin out becuase that will stretch the skin ? try going in with your hands instead of out? or do it gently when going out

my face gets so oily. im gonna put oil now cause u said people with oily skin usually the under it part is dry thats why its oily.
