@treverbettis It’s best to use it in cycles of a 1 month period, and around 1/2 tsp. twice per day without food. If you eat it with food, up your dose to 1 tsp. Hope that helps, man.

How much pine pollen should i consume in grams per day. Also should i use in cycles.

when is the pine pollen usually at its most rype/mature state? theres a pine tree a ways from where i live and the pollen is there but id like to know when it starts to become light and powdery.(im in southern canada and its the beginning of june atm)

I hear a lot of things about natural foods etc., but as time goes by I noticed that a lot of claims are stated about multiple health benefits and without any scientific proof to back it up. I would like to see the scientific proof rather than just people saying that this and that is good for this and that. I want to see more evidence.

@RealRawMatt I just discovered your channel; am greatly impressed, although not totally convinced. I’ll definitely subscribe because your ideas have a whole lot of info &value. One comment (not related 2 the point u were making about pine trees, but interesting all the same) isn’t it amazing that a little seed which grows from dirt, sun and water can grow into a tree that produces thousands of seeds all of which contain oil! OIL! Makes one wonder about the miracle of agriculture.

does the sap have the same testosterone-boosting affect or
is it just something with a high anti-oxidant content?
also on my tree in the backyard I don’t see any pollen..what
exactly does it look like? (tho it is april here in canada so it
just might simplying not be pollenating)
thx

Well mate you’ve finally cracked.

interesting..Matt. thanks for sharing

very impressive …keep up the great work..

Really cool info.

I wish I could rate this a 10. I know that we can completely survive with everything we have growing around us. Thanks! and I encourage more of this “survivalist” type of information.

Thank you Matt! Appreciate the info. I had no idea Pine trees were that nutritionally valuable to us. Thanks again! Looking forward to your next video! Namaste!

wow this is fantastic, I knew about pine pollen’s benefits, but didn’t realize i could collect so easily, so in between meals in small portions? Have you used it before?

yea.. a new video from you!!
and quite interesting at that!!
you are awesome… thanks for sharing!!

Very well done. I will never look at pine trees the same again.

It would be great if you can include more of these videos teaching people what they can identify and eat in nature.

Matt, you still fighting these days?

not a single pine tree here.. unless you mean other chrismas tree like plants that do not have pine cones…

Awesome video man…

Great video Matt :)

How long do you have to leave the bag on to collect the pollen and how do you keep other things from getting in the bag?

Loved this video Matt!! Been watering at the mouth..looking at all the pine pollen on the trees right now. I’m off with a plastic bag..to do some collecting..thanks!!

u so smart yo
like a real life version of yoda ha

After you break the outer bark off, you will see the light color soft bark. This is the bark you are looking to consume, not the harder outer bark. some trees are easy to break apart the older they are, young trees require a knife or tool.

Hi everyone, The Indian tribe Mickthompsan is referring too is the adirondack indians which means tree eaters. As far as the part with the most calories you would find this in the Pine nuts, as fat has the highest caloric intake. After this the bark is best, it can be eaten raw or obviously cooked in water.

i loved this video matt :-) can you make more videos like this please
